Vera Schröder is an abstract artist from the Netherlands. She is inspired by nature. Since high school she has found her passion in painting. She has been experimenting with different techniques and unique materials ever since.

Nowadays, she creates abstract series of artworks inspired by nature on linen canvases with acrylic paint. All canvases are unique and different, but connected with the theme through color, size and material.

As an abstract artist to make her art theme as realistic as possible, in addition to acrylic paint, she also uses elements from nature on the canvas. Elements she likes to add are sand, stones and shells from the beach, but also mussels and oysters. This way nature becomes really part of the artwork. You can see and feel where Vera gets her inspiration from.

This way through art, Vera wants to show the beauty of nature and the beauty of life. Her art is powerful, elegant, pure, energetic and dynamic.
